REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Trendore™, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned with original packaging and tags
Return requests must be submitted by contacting our support team with your order details.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
